1) All registrations are held at the Little League Clubhouse (Russell Park).
2) As always, the registration fee is $100.00 per child and $25.00 per each additional immediate family member. We do NOT provide family rates for cousins (only brothers/sisters). It is our policy that we charge $15 for all bad checks!
3) Please bring a COPY of your child's birth certificate and a wallet-size photo to registration. If your child participated in our organization last year, his/her coach will have this information on file already.
4) We feel that we provide plenty of time for you to pay this registration fee in increments. Please take advantage of the opportunity to pay the registration fee in 5 increments. No child will receive his or her equipment/uniform, until the registration fee is paid IN FULL. The deadline for payment is Thursday, July 16, 2009.
